We are THRILLED to be able to share this technology with our clients! Our Infrared Sauna is equipped with Chromotherapy and blue tooth speakers for your enjoyment!

A regular sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn heats your body.  An Infrared Sauna uses technology that emits radiant heat, which is absorbed directly by the body instead of heating the surrounding air. Infrared heat penetrates the body more than traditional sauna’s, warming it from the inside out. Some people prefer infrared sauna’s because they cannot stand the heat and hot air of a regular sauna.

Chromotherapy Benefits (Color/Light Therapy):

  • Red: Red is used to energize or invigorate a person who might be feeling tired or down. However, red may also trigger people who might already be tense.
  • Blue: Chromatherapists use blue to try and influence depression and pain. Darker shades of blue are also thought to have sedative properties and may be tried for people who experience insomnia or other sleeping disorders. 
  • Green: Green is the color of nature, and according to chromatherapists, it can help relieve stress and relax a person. 
  • Turquoise: Turquoise is most often used in the pursuit of mental relaxation as well as tackling embedded psychological barriers. In addition, this color has been shown to assist in regulating imbalances of the respiratory and digestive system.
  • Violet: This color is an excellent remedy for neurosis, diseases of the scalp, rheumatism, cerebral-spinal meningitis, concussion, cramps and epilepsy. Violet animates and cleanses venous blood.
  • Yellow- Typical diseases treated by yellow include skin issues, liver problems, diabetes, eczema, and nervous system exhaustion. Yellow can also provide clarity of thought, increase awareness, and stimulate curiosity. The color has also been associated with the ability to perceive and understand. 

 You are able to choose the colors you prefer or you can set it to cycle through all of them!

Not everyone is a pro at using a sauna, and your body may not be used to it. We recommend starting off with 15-20 minutes in the sauna, then with each visit you can gradually increase your time if you prefer.
