• Guests must be at least 14 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Please turn off all cell phones when in the spa area.

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Silvana Gift cards.
We do not accept checks.

Gift cards are available in store or online in any monetary amount. Gift cards are non-refundable and non- redeemable for cash. Gift cards must be presented at time of service.

With each visit, professional licensed technicians will treat you to the highest quality of service and purest products to give you consistent customer satisfaction time after time.

We offer a few different scheduling options. You can call (860) 589-7249, book online, or walk in. We suggest all clients arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment for full enjoyment of services. For Packages and services lasting 3 hours or longer, a 50% deposit MUST be placed on your account. We understand that sometimes a guest will be late. In this event, services may be adjusted accordingly. Time for all services and packages is estimated.

We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary. We ask a minimum of 24 hour notice during open business hours, for single service appointments and 72 hour notice, also during open business hours for multiple services, group, or party appointments. Cancellation of a service with less than this notice or “no-show” will result in 100% charge.

Retail Products:
New, unused products can be exchanged for an equal or lesser value product within 15 days of purchase. Refunded amount can also be placed on account for use on a future product or service.

In the event of an allergic reaction to a product, we will refund you the full price of the product with whatever form of payment you’ve used.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Services:
Service refunds are at the discretion of management. We strive for an unparalleled service experience and if you are ever dis-satisfied with a service please let us know by emailing info@silvanaspa.com

We suggest a 20% gratuity. Gratuities can be left in cash and on credit card.
